Pros
Not many pros to working here honestly. The only thing there is to look forward to is on occasion the free lunches.
Cons
Corporate office is a very unorganized environment. I recently have had multiple responsibilities added to my plate and with those responsibilities you would think would have also been a pay raise. My job title has even changed from something entirely different than what I was hired to do. I constantly have my supervisor laying on project after project and each time I feel more and more unappreciated. Occasionally people will say "thanks for your help" but it is not genuine. It's more of "thanks, and here are more projects I'd like for you to do" Cavender's shows not an ounce of appreciation for their employees. The owners will even walk past their employees and not even say hello.
