Pros

Competitive work environment, commission based pay at my old location, so as long as you worked and had fair product knowledge the pay was good, able to help customers with their shopping experience and make money doing so.

Cons

Commission does cause people to take your sales, slow days were a killer, holidays were long and busy. If you weren't there to work you weren't going to make money either.

Pros

I like my coworkers and bosses, and I like getting to look at clothes all day.

Cons

I'm seasonal, not part-time, so I don't get an employee discount. Also, a lot of the work is really repetitive.
