I have not worked here very long yet, but so far it is a very friendly environment. It seems as though it has a lot of room for promotion.

Cons

Very slow training process so far. Very pushy for it to be my only job. Also pushy for me to work full time hours but be considered “seasonal”, meaning I have to dress nicely, and they encourage you to wear their product, but seasonal employees do not get a discount.

Laid back environment, great products, (dependent on location) helpful and supportive management and coworkers

Cons

Commission sales can always get ugly, age of employee is sometimes young so there can be "drama" that one must avoid, male dominated field can sometimes be oppressive to female workers (whether that be in management, coworkers, or customers is often dependent on location)
