Pros

They worked with my schedule, and that's about it. I don't have too many good things to say about working here, it's not a job for a college student struggling to pay bills and eat, if you're an hourly worker. You'd be better off as a sales associate.

Cons

Lack of hours, stuck at $7.25, the company has one of the highest turn over rates, and they make it very clear that they don't care about their employees.

Pros

Flexible hours for students if you beg

Cons

Terrible pay 7.25 most of the year, until 3 peak months you make commission They never pay overtime, they will cut your hours to exactly 40hrs Mostly only seasonal people so people are hired and fired within a month Managers get paid 100K plus, around 5000 a year in free clothes boots and trips and we can't even get a quarter raise.
