Pros

Except for Janmashtmi celebration, they are not upto something, Sometimes I think they started this company to celebrate Janmashtmi and nothing more.

Cons

We have been hearing this from last 6 months: Hello Everybody, Due to unavoidable circumstances. Increment letters are further delayed for another 15 to 20 days. Please cooperate!! How many times more do we need to hear this, the management can clearly come up with a solution but no, they just come up with an excuse. The need to be reminded there is a lot difference between solution and excuse.
