Pros

I enjoyed to working here. Its a very good platform lo learn about Performance testing. Here the criteria of knowledge is not restricted to a particular field. you can become Jack of all Trades with expert in one.

Pros

Fast learning, opportinuity for freshers. Nothing good to write about this company--writing this line to complete min 20 word mark of this box.

Cons

No stable policy, always keep changing to trap the employee perks. Too much workload. Unecessary harashment. No personal life. Too much overtime. variable part of salary is unstable and too much. Management don't care about your personal problems. 3 month notice period and create unecessary problems if u leave company for good. Wrost of all to fresher because they keep their original acedemic documents and pay no salary for 6 months.
