      Pros

      Team work has been seen and strong communication aswell , it has been seen that patients are treated as there number one priority !

      Cons

      Working with a coworker that maybe over stressed ! Or a patient that may be very unmanageable dealing with a shortage of staff and doing more than just your own duties and possibly having to do a double shift . Being a lot more multitasked at the time of need

      Great facility and location. Very friendly and fun co-workers.

      Cons

      Don't expect to be paid on par with other hospitals within the region unless you've been there for 20+ years.

      Very poor leadership (CEO, VP's, AVP's). Small community hospital with no real governance by board of directors.

      Pros

      None that really matter or that can't be found elsewhere. Insurance benefits are probably above average but paid time off, sick leave and bonuses are similar to other small hospitals.

      Cons

      Narcissistic CEO and VP's are mainly focused on maintaining their power, salaries, and bonuses with little regard for others. Any attention or praise for staff below VP level is just for show and manipulation. Directors and managers are afraid to speak up or question any decisions of senior management for fear of retaliation. Surveys rating senior management are mostly filled out with positive answers because directors and managers question if there is any real confidentiality. Financial performance has started to slip over the last couple of years.
