Pros

I've been very impressed with how much Cboe seems to care about its employees - from benefits to mental health offerings and sensitivity to cultural issues. Management is, for the most part, very transparent and I appreciate that. In addition, I love that they treat their employees like adults and instead trust us to do our jobs without micromanaging.

Cons

The transparency doesn't extend to salaries for job listings. I came from a company that listed salary ranges for their internal job postings and Cboe does not have that. It can be hard to decide if you want to apply for a job and go through all of the interviewing when you don't know if it would be a downgrade in salary or not.
