Even though the specific knowledge needed for my position cannot be gained through a formal university education, they give the materials and guidance necessary in order to get up to speed quickly. Everyone there is more than willing to help any new hire become successful in their new job.

Cons

The computer hardware is a bit dated, but we have been informed that all of our equipment will be updated when we move into our new headquarters next year.
