Low Salary, being only 1 activity host in charge of hosting the entertainment of the whole ship. Everything on that company is about who you know and to take advantage out of it

Team Mentality, good incentives $$, realistic sales goals, Great Benefits, company laptop, upper management does a good job showing their employees are valued. Great Training staff, OT when available during wave. Really easy to move up in the company from here.

Cons

website caused a lot of customer frustration, Wave can get very intense with non-stop back to back calls.
