Poor Management

Pros

Coworkers are really nice. I guess we all suffer together so we try to keep a good relationship. Benefits are ok.

Cons

Leadership overall is chaos. Promotions are non existent (many people working 7-10+ years in the same role), no room to grow. Managers will steal your ideas and get the promotions and recognition that you deserve. Management will lie to you and your coworkers about your possibilities in the company, while actually pushing to keep you in your current position and working you until you quit. They will never tell you what you need to improve, because they want to keep you in your current position until you eventually break down and quit. BE AWARE. If you apply don't stay long. Take care of your mental health.
