Pros

Working for Celebrity Cruises as an on-board employee gives you an opportunity to travel the world, to see what other people dream to see, to witness one of the greatest teamwork in the industry. You can also save some money for "great projects" of your life, such as pursuing a Masters' or gain a neccessary experience for a confident career start.

Cons

Contracts are usually 6-7 months long. That's a bit too long to be away from home, from "real life on land". 3-4 months assignments would be ideal.
