My partner and I found the recruitment process very slow. Once we had been accepted it was 6 months before we were onboard and we had originally paid for flights to Australia only to have our itineraries changes 7 days before the flight and we were never reimbursed from celebrity for the £500 cancellation fees and hotel costs despite being told we would. With us there seemed to be mistake after mistake.

There is a lot of unnecessary meetings for no reasons, hospitality is dealing with humans not just have meeting and real time is different.
