      Great career opportunity, very good earnings.Company is constantly investing in trainings and different coaching .You have all training materials available.If you wish to grow you have all tools to do that.Some exceptional leadership out there.International environment and the opportunity to work with 60 different nationalities.You get to travel to places you have never seen just in a short period of time, you literally wake up in a different place every day.I like the company.

      Cons

      Too much stress for nothing, drama out of anything.Working hours are not human.You work every day for over 12 hours per day, on top of that in your free time you are expected to do your side jobs, paper work and meetings and trainings for your crew for 6-7 months contract.A bit too much.Too many rules that do not let you use your full potential and be creative or productive.All in all , very stress full and too much hard work.Living conditions not very good, old small cabins, food so so.
