Pros

the fellow crew members you meet while working there is the best part of working onboard.

Cons

as i mentioned below, they teach you to train your staff using certain criteria and materials, but when it comes to shore side management, it does not seem to apply.

Pros

Great way to travel and see the world. If you are an entertainer looking for work, this is the job for you.

Cons

Upper management changes things all the time . Lines of communication are bad. Blame goes to the crew when ratings are down. Morale on the Millennium is low. Can't speak for other ships.

Pros

Worked with a very diverse work force.

Cons

Constant change in management, you gotta be a little, usually a lot, weird to be able to handle this life style. Very snobbish attitude towards hard working staff from officers, you can be railroaded very easy. Also raping the environment.
