Pros

I save money while working on cruise ships which helps me to invest in a better future for myself.

Cons

Most crew members are highly depressed working every single day, long hours, low food quality, little fresh air, no free time to explore countries visited by the ship, supervisors disrespect you in every way possible, and you have to be your own motivation because there is no support or love onboard to keep you grounded. Confined cabins makes it even worst because you have to share even your private space with someone.
