Good food & good ships.

Cons

Nobody appeared twice in the interview. Racial & gender discrimination in contract’s duration & promotions. You may be fired for other reason if you report illegalities in the group. Medical examination not fully reimbursed. Salary not as per market average. Far below. They may give you cabin without window. Companies policies are not always implemented. Some managers are really bad & the worse is the company is doing nothing to get rid of them. Not meritocracy in promotions. Who you know is more important than if you are good at your job.
