Great management I have to say the best managers I have had, international team members, you get to travel the world and meet amazing people!! The best experience I had in a company will be forever in Celebrity Cruises from 2017 to 2019. Good salary and able to grow in the company.

A lot of work in the front desk with complaints from guest but that would be all! Part of the job I had fun

Cons

Working long hours, payment is not too much, some supervisors will make your life even harder. Constantly exhausted and they segregate based on job position. So if you are F&B you won't be considered human. Expect inequalities. Promotions will be given based on likes not merit.
