Tis company is really horrible.

Cons

The shoreside management team has no idea about what is happening on board. They do not reward dedicated employees, but rather penalize them. There is no one to talk to regarding dissatisfaction.

- free food - free travel - free entertainment - good salary ( you don't pay for rent or gas/car )

Cons

- after 3-4 months you feel like you are in prison - sea days you work all day from 9am - 9pm - too much presure to make money, even you know you are selling "air"
