Pros

Celebrity Cruises have lots of overnights so as a casino dealer we were able to get off the ship and enjoy nights out in Tokyo, Singapore, Hong Kong and plenty more. The money is competitive too.

Cons

My partner and I found the recruitment process very slow. Once we had been accepted it was 6 months before we were onboard and we had originally paid for flights to Australia only to have our itineraries changes 7 days before the flight and we were never reimbursed from celebrity for the £500 cancellation fees and hotel costs despite being told we would. With us there seemed to be mistake after mistake.

Cons

paid time off is limited to only 2 weeks (14 days) and can sometimes be frustrating/difficult to find coverage or request time off. Open 24/7, no holidays off
