Good benefits and you get to travel.

Cons

They don't have a 401K, you have to fight like hell to get a basic raise when you find out new people get hired on higher than your salary, and they will lay you off without any severance or even a good luck. Just out the door.

Thanks for the feedback. We have initiated some new programs this past year actually in an effort to more unify our teams and have our various departments, which tend to mostly work hybrid and/or remotely, feel more connected. We even start blended some of our annual 'Team Weeks' exactly for that purpose as well!
