      Pros

      o Great atmosphere. The most positive culture I've seen in my career. o Depending on the position there's lots of flexibility. o Starting vacation is 3 weeks per year. o Company is growing steadily and future looks good.

      Cons

      o Benefits are pretty slim. Insurance is not great. o Pay is on the low side of the market.

With reference to your comments on the benefits plans, we did make some enhancements to our 2017 benefits offering, including the addition of a convenient tele-medicine option and some value added voluntary benefits.
