      --Flexible work schedule --Relaxed atmosphere --Not much supervision (if you consider that to be a pro)

      Cons

      --Hard work is not rewarded --Abuse of the "variable" employee position --Upper management pretends to care, but they don't --Very poor morale among workers --Care more about buying more equipment than promoting "variable" workers to full-time --Micromanagement

      Staff is fully capable, management team looks to improve their employees roles. Lots of opportunity to move up within the company as well.
