Pros

I really enjoyed my time at this company. I worked with a lot of amazing people and received several raises while I was there. I really liked how it was expected that managers would come and help on the floor when we were overwhelmed.

Cons

It was either extremely hectic/busy or very slow, it really just depends on how many studies are in-house.

Thank you for taking the time to post a 5* review - we appreciate the feedback and insight. Clinical research is a dynamic industry and at times, work loads shift which can lead to some peaks and troughs. Fortunately, over the last few years we have seen a more steady flow of studies. Thank you again for your review. Andrew Stringer - Exec. Dir. Global Human Resources

Pros

Can pick up training, lots of downtime, participants order food for associates sometimes.

Cons

The scheduling here is pretty awful. The amount of 1.5-hour shifts that part-timers get scheduled is ridiculous. The people are great but when you get scheduled for 3 hours a week, it's hard to get to know them. Participants can be pretty rude
