Opportunity to move into new roles and learn new things

Cons

Employees concerns are dismissed. A hostile work environment is ignored. Employees are disrespectful, unprofessional, and threaten other employee's lives and management does nothing about it. Managers do not make their teams a priority and are regularly 30+ minutes late to meetings with their team if they show up at all. They have a culture of sweeping bad behavior under the rug.

Great job but training could use some work

Good benefits, very accommodating to their employees, the work was hard but manageable

Cons

Training was confusing, there isn't a set program to teach, it is essential learning by doing and constantly asking for help.
