It is true that our business levels fluctuate during the year and we do appreciate the strong work ethic within the team. There have been several promotions this year and all hiring is performed to proper recruitment practices. Turnover is not high and employees are appreciated in various recognition programs. Great people and lots of training

Cons

They do not care about their staff and take advantage of them. They are way underpaid and you could go to different CRO or Pharma company making a lot more for less time. Management is very shady and is it very political. They say what you want to hear but never deliver.

Pros

Great teamwork and collaborative effort among various associates. Celerion offers very comprehensive written SOPs and GPGs, so even if training is "on the fly" everything is written down and easy to follow.

Cons

Celerion is well known to have an excessive workload (data management associates carry 9-14 projects as opposed to industry standard of 2-5 projects) for a low salary (half the industry standard), so there is excessive turn over of staff in all departments.
