7yThank you for your post. It is unfortunate that you feel so disgruntled about working at Celerion, I hope the situation changes for you in the future.
I would like to point out that our attrition rates are not actually at an all-time high. Our retention rates are good with av. tenure in the US of 14.63 years and at the Tempe/Phoenix site average tenue stands at 11.93 years.
We do care about our employees and continue to look for ways to improve the employee experience. However, we would certainly welcome your constructive views/ideas on how you feel we could further enhance the corporate culture.

No Communication in Bio Department

7yThank you for your post. I was pleased to read that you enjoy your coworkers and the work environment. As a current employee if you have concerns about communication or mobility within the department, I would encourage you to reach out and discuss the topic with your manager. Overall, we do have a significant amount of employee movement either within or across our lines of business. So far this year we have had more than 100 employees move into new positions within Celerion.
