Good environment and great people. Clinic work offers very flexible schedules available for part time work and students. 24/7 facility

Cons

Full time benefitted positions are rarely available, especially for clinic staff. Work hours often are cut during slow periods of the year.

As I have mentioned in a previous response/post the nature of our business can lead to peaks & troughs, and that results, for some depts. in the work load fluctuations that you mention. With regards to benefitted positions, because of the business fluctuations we do try and keep a balance between our full time, part time and variable status employees. All employees regardless of their employment status do have the opportunity to participate in the 401(K) plan, with our increased company match. Thank you again for your post.
