Pros

Interesting job, when it's busy--it's BUSY. Clinic employees are all great, and have each other's backs, the training is great, good pay.

Cons

The slow season means you will likely work less that 5 hours a week, during the busy season you can get 12 hour days with no breaks, scheduling sucks (you may get scheduled to clock out at 11pm and 5 am the next morning). The management doesn't care about you or your well being unless you are a benefited employee,

Thank you for your review. It’s unfortunate that you feel there hadn’t been an opportunity for advancement in our company. We regularly promote our internal staff when opportunities arise. Just this year in the US there has been 107 internal promotions which we take great pride in. Thank you for your advice on having more meetings with employees, we are continuously striving to improve the working culture of Celerion and so your feedback is useful. Andrew Stringer - Snr. Pros

Most of the people at celerion are great, and it can be a relaxed place to work at times. Work load is reasonable, and there is always help within reach.

Cons

The pay. What celerion pays the majority of its employees is an insult. There is extremely high turn over rate, and I fear this will never change. Generally a poor way to run a business. Basically everyone at celerion is biding their time before they can get a job with real pay.
