Pros

It's a nice entry level position, directly out of college. It is definitely not a career company for the majority of the employees.

Cons

Wages are not competitive and do not offer much, if any, opportunity to advance. Turnover rate is very high as employees can find a higher paying job almost anywhere. Part-time variable status is their way of saying we can't and won't offer you benefits.

Pros

I really enjoy the people I work with and their dedication to their jobs. They are the only reason I stay.

Cons

There isn't always a good work/life balance, as they keep their staff to a minimum. Their wages aren't competitive. Their upper management is too far removed from the day-to-day operations and from knowing what is needed (staff and compensation) to complete the workload that is carried.
