Pros

Very family oriented culture, lots of flexibility with work-from-home & telecommuting opportunities. Lots of opportunities to work with different companies, from small biotechs to large Pharma, in various therapeutic areas.

Cons

Low starting salaries with increases that do no keep up with inflation. No financial recognition for hard work. Hard to get promited. Too many people with admin director titles that should have never been promoted to those positions but Sr. management has policy of never demoting anyone.

The people are fantastic, there is a lot of longevity within the staff even though turnover is very high in entry level positions.

Cons

401k matching is low. Maximum match is 1.5%. Salaries are low in market and within the Midwest. Raises are also low, top raises have not exceeded inflation rates in several years.
