I have nothing positive to say about this organization

Cons

Terrible culture and managers. All groups leave their problems for operations to clean up after. Management is clueless to what the strategy and vision of the company are. The values of senior leadership are also very questionable. There is no diversity at this company either. There is maybe 1 woman for every 8 men in a leadership role.

Leadership and HR are the most toxic I’ve ever seen in my career. HR does not fix anything and enables leadership to mistreat and overwork employees.

Small facility, great people to work with

They treat you like a number, constant turnover because the senior leadership team needs training and they treat all of their employees like a number. They dont truly care about who you are as a person
