Pros
Celestica is a company generally quite cautious to embark in risky adventures. I'd say is pretty conservative, hence the high focus on people through its coherent cultural dimensions deployed everywhere. People are continuously encouraged to positively recognize their peers's accomplishments.
Cons
The conservative model Celestica runs ends quite often in decision paralysis. The usual executive decision to move to a certain direction takes quarters and inflicts a high level of frustrations... Thus, competitors like Flextronics decide faster (risk more also) and have a much bigger market share.
