      Enlightening for an intern. Real world Engineering is a lot more people intensive and decisions need to be made quickly!

      Pros

      Good natured and lots of good mentors (~30 yrs exp) among the engineering staff. Lots of exposure to various aspects of the manufacturing business.

      Cons

      Understaffed, uncertain and very cost-concious. Curbs effective use of resources and low morale among employees makes outlook uncertain even when things are okay.
