Can not think of one.

Cons

The employee morale at Celestica is very low. There is constant restructuring and promotions seem to be saved only for the chosen few. A very top heavy company with too many chiefs. This company has lost its way and is an extremely depressing place to work.

Pros

You get to work with really talented and knowledgeable people who are dedicated to getting the job done. Forward thinking professionals who are more often then not a pleasure to work with. Those who leave CLS often come back to work.

Cons

Over rotation on reporting an analysis sometime drive higher work load that is truly required. Wages are average. There is a continual change in focus / strategy which can be confusing to lower level employees.
