      Pros

      There is nothing good about this place except for the people (not management). This place was brought down by former GM (bad ethics, morals, etc).. and it was that bad that the site is having trouble recovering.

      upper management is horrible. does not respect anyone. talks down to the staff. puts blame on others and they have no accountability

      Pros

      Can go out anytime I want.

      Cons

      Does not know what is cut cost. Spend a lot on medical unnecessarily. Though they have system but not used properly. Wate a lot of paper on printing eventhough can go online to submit documants esp. for scan error, Annual Leave, MC. Cannot check our attendance.on line. Have to depend on payroll staff.
