Pros

- Some very good skills and people help keep the location afloat. - Co-workers are the best - Flexible work schedule

Cons

- Some really good talent and skills that go unnoticed while promoting other useless individuals - Transferring of products and work overseas leaving Toronto almost dead - Never back-filling positions after promotions, leaving many people covering mulltiple roles for indefinite periods. - Low Morale as constant threat of restructuring. - No loyalty to staff or job security ..... its only a matter of tie before you get the TAP!
