Pros
You get to work with really talented and knowledgeable people who are dedicated to getting the job done. Forward thinking professionals who are more often then not a pleasure to work with. Those who leave CLS often come back to work.
Cons
Over rotation on reporting an analysis sometime drive higher work load that is truly required. Wages are average. There is a continual change in focus / strategy which can be confusing to lower level employees.
