Successful workplace but painful to get there

My manager is amazing - willing to guide and teach Lots of room to learn and grow; many on the job possibilities Simple production model

Cons

Communication Too many projects started, not finished and not planned properly to be successful Lots of "self-inflicted" issues that get in the way of the business People are not held accountable to their work with regards to mistakes/improvements/constructive criticism Promoting the wrong people/having the wrong people in the wrong positions Some management refuse to call problems what they are in order to resolve the issue Managers/production like to do things the easy way, not the right way
