Our employees are the heart of our company. We value their contributions and their input. We will use this input to improve where we can. We have a clear vision and path and communicate that in quarterly and monthly meetings with our leaders around the globe. We have many long-standing customers and we are developing and commercializing new products for new markets as we position the company for growth. We also value our relationship with our parent organization in Japan and appreciate their ongoing investment in our people, our technology and our growth.
