Pros

Celgard puts a lot of effort into hiring great people. The people I worked with are some of the best I have ever partnered with.

Cons

Company often finds its self in "panic mode" with regards to customers, many knee-jerk reaction decisions are made. For such a technical company, they really know very little about how to make their product well, many quality problems.

Pros

Clean environment, climate controlled, work life balance, good benefits, enjoyable coworkers. Good to be part of a team and organization that wants to succeed. The company has gone through challenges this past year like a lot of other places because of COVID 19, but they try to keep a positive morale and care about employees.

Cons

Very competitive market makes sales forecasting difficult, causing swings in volume. Sales force is out of touch on the actual process so they don't make good decisions for being cost competitive with the customers.
