      New hires are not trained in SOCs and SOPs

      Insurance is very good and rates are reasonable

      Cons

      New hires are told go with the flow and don't say anything negative about the training or the trainers. This is not a welcoming environment for new hires unless you are related to lead operators or someone in management or are buddies with them.

      Pros

      Excellent benefits - 401k match and health benefits. Competitive salary. Turnover is getting lower and business keeps growing after merging was completed.

      Cons

      Not many internal job postings available. Hot and very humid summer is typical in Charlotte. But fall is beautiful though.
