Pros
Night shift is relaxed. Good medical and dental benefits, but those come from the parent company, so look for a job in the other company's of Polypore.
Cons
Where to begin? The management staff is almost completely incompetent. They infight and bicker more than children. They do not care about the needs of the production employees, most notably night shift. Promotions are done solely on how much face time you have with management. Night shift is severely lacking in people, while day shift's have double the number of people for the same amount of work.
