      Pros

      There is a lot of collaboration between departments. Not burdening, fluff interactions, but efficient and necessary knowledge transfers that occur. There is always an agenda and the teams respect that.

      Cons

      As the company scales up, some departments are playing catch up. That's to be expected, but should be noted.

      Pros

      - Great collaboration, people that genuinely care, and a rapidly growing company. - Fair pay, good benefits, and remote flexibility. - You will never be bored.

      Cons

      - Broken processes and in the midst of a lot of changes due to rapid growth. - Very busy and not a lot of downtime to be creative.

      Great swag, most everyone nice.

      Cons

      Onboarding seemed to be organized at first, then lots of work piled on. They expect you to be an expert in everything but the resources they give are all over the place.
