Pros

Celigo is looking to solve relevant business problems in today’s SaaS environment. With a next generation iPaaS platform, Celigo has positioned itself as a leader in one of the fastest growing tech industries. The leadership team is very deliberate yet flexible when attempting to improve existing processes. Celigo has a vastly growing customer base AND partner network. A lot of career growth opportunities.

Cons

Experiencing growing pains like any other startup. The integration workspace can be quite complex with customer requests but there is always some sort of solution that can be provided.

Pros

The people are amazing. This is truly a collaborative environment in which people want their colleagues to succeed. You have a lot of autonomy to decide how to best perform your job, and the company makes an effort to recognize great work. It really feels like this company is going somewhere, with a valuable product. It feels good to contribute to that success.

Cons

As with all small tech companies, there's a fair amount of chaos. Management is working on getting more systems and processes in place, including better avenues for employee communication. This is a time of change for Celigo, with a new product focus and many new hires last year; the advantage is that there's a lot to do, and it's an exciting time. The disadvantage is that there's a lot to do and it can feel more stressful than exciting. If you are the kind of person who dives in and makes their own way, you will love this place and thrive. If you need a lot of big-company-style structure and instruction, you'll be miserable here.

Pros

* Integration platform is solid * great blend of products and services offerings * great processes in place for professional services * great upside in terms of sales * great environment for self-starters; as some other reviews have stated, if you are not a self-starter with great work habits then this may not be the place for you * lots of autonomy * ability to own specific spaces in professional services * continued accelerated growth * leader in the integration space; NetSuite has requested that Celigo builds specific integration products for NetSuite * hard working, corroborative company culture * free snacks and weekly lunches * ability to work remotely; includes "work Abroad Program" that allows employees to work up to 4months/yr anywhere * Strong management leadership * grown to ~70 employees worldwide (7/2013)

Cons

* Can't hire enough good people yet! Celigo is always looking for professional services and engineering help to keep pace with the sold projects! * Some processes and templates are not standardized yet; but for someone like myself, this is a plus as I can help build these out. * Work/Life balance needs to be maintained individually but with more hiring and processes already put in place, it will continue to get better
