Pros

- The company practices what they preach. They follow through on their values, both on internal matters as well as with customers. - Leadership is as transparent as possible. - The ideal hire profile for Celigo seems to lead off with, "Must be a nice person." Every person I have come in contact with has a helper mindset and everyone is just easy to work with.

Cons

- PTO policy is a bit outdated for a heavily remote company. - Pay isn't phenomenal, but isn't terrible either.

Pros

Market - Large Total Addressable Market (TAM). - I expect Celigo will continue to maintain its growth trajectory and further accelerate its penetration in the upper Mid-Market and Enterprise market segments in the coming years, on the back of an exceptional product and tailwinds of SaaS (cloud and iPaaS adoption). Product - Built from ground up and leverages a modern technology stack. Future-proof for at least the next 3-5 years - Product is highly capable and supports a wide range of integration use cases. If ongoing usability improvements/go-to-market fine tuning continue to keep pace, Celigo is poised to emerge as one of the dominant players in the iPaaS market. People - At the leadership level, Celigo fosters a strong company culture. - The team is lead by a highly engaged and hands-on Founder with 15+ years of deep expertise in the Automation/iPaaS space.

Cons

Compensation - No 401k match yet
