Pros

Stable and proven products in addition to consistent innovations Solid customer base Clear longterm vision within the competitive iPaaS landscape Flexible telecommuting policy The usual Bay Area startup perks (office snacks, weekly catered lunch, benefits, etc)

Cons

Internal processes (including on-boarding) need on-going adjustments and improvements, which is typical of a company in the process of scaling

Pros

Celigo is a leader in the NetSuite integration space and is beginning to expand outside of the NetSuite space as well. There is a great product pipeline. Celigo has also received over $8 million in VC funding in late 2015. If you're a self starter and want to be rewarded for hard work Celigo is a good fit.

Cons

As a startup Celigo does not yet offer a match on 401K. Although this is listed as a con, it's also a pro as they do actually offer a 401K. (just no match).
