      - people are great apart expect anyone above tech lead.

      Cons

      - crazy office politics - no one to reach to in high positions because everyone from manager to director are friends from same company. - always a feeling on undervalued

      QA process needs to be improved

      1.The company is not going in a correct direction, Managers are not technical 2. They are trying to streamline the QA process, technology & Innovation at a time 3. No work life balance
