      - Cutting-edge technology and products - A clear and long-term vision where the company wants to go, which is really good - Great culture and treat employees very well - Provide great flexibility to the employees - People who want to work in a global and multi-cultural environment would love working here - Good carrier and growth opportunities

      Cons

      Not really cons but someone may not enjoy working here if you are expecting fixed hour (timings) job (especially if you are going to work in India). At times it gets challenging to deal with the timezone issues as different teams are split between USA and India as well as the majority of customers are from the USA. However, on the flip side that gives you a great flexibility to manage your personal and professional time. It really depends on us how well we manage our work/life balance.

      This is a very frustrating company. Bad people, bad culture, no appreciation of your work.
