      1) Competent team and empathetic management. 2) Challenging and fact paced environment. 3) Working on ever changing latest technologies. 4) Transparent leadership. 5) Fair compensation and long term incentives.

      Cons

      Not much but some one needs to be prepared for such fast paced/competent environment.

      - Good culture. Friendly and helpful peers and management. Constant efforts are spent to maintain good work culture. You'll find positivity and coherence in the team. Leadership always tries to keep everyone involved. - Good work, lot's of challenging problems to solve. You are free to take up things innovate and improve or fix. - Fast paced, so be ready to be on your toes. Job does demand commitment of people. - One gets immense opportunities to showcase ones' talent and take up more challenges. - Good career growth opportunities. Spend efforts to constantly mentor its employees. - Great perks, HRs and admins are always trying to keep the people motivated. Given current times keep scheduling session and engaging people.

      - No cons as such, environment is fast paced, so things can get demanding at times. Place for committed people.
